Louis joined Collas Crill Trust as a Trainee Relationship Manager in September 2025, after completing his A-Levels.

During his studies, he gained valuable experience through a work placement with the company, which led him to pursue a full-time role. As a trainee, Louis is focused on developing his skills in relationship management while supporting the team in delivering excellent client service
